These guys blow!
I had my site hosted with them for years and then they transferred it to "mysite.com"... No problem, right? Since they're both owned by the same company, United Online (the same company that owns Juno, netzero, and a few others)
Well the problem is the customer service is outsourced to India or pakistan or somewhere else that the people barely speak any english. I've spent days emailing them and calling them about my website being down, and I still haven't gotten it resolved.
All I keep getting is the customer "lack of service" reps telling me they will look into it immediately. I'm not sure what immediately means over in India, but here in the USA, 3 days (and waiting) is NOT immediate, and it's NOT acceptable when you're trying to run a small business that depends on its website for marketing.
Anyway, stay away from these guys (and any other company owned by United Online, Inc) There are plenty of other good hosting companies out there that have far better customer support.
Even though I'm paid up with these guys for another 6 months, I'll be moving my website to another server immediately (that means today, not 3 or 4 days from now)
