If you’re looking for a good shopping cart provider I would recommend you don’t use fortune3. I have been less than satisfied with their services. I have found my website to be offline several times and my customers have told me that they wanted to buy something from my website and it was not working, freezing up and then completly dissapering like it was never there for 1-4 hours at a time. I called them to ask about this and they told me it would be up again soon. This has been quite disruptive to my business. The service is a little bit expensive for what it offers. It seemed reasonable at first but there were some extra fees which came into effect after I joined. I don’t like paying so much for this service and will be looking for something that doesnt have so many problems and offers a 99.9 uptime.. I’m quite upset with them really. Their support people are not very good either as they are quite ugly with you and impatient. Yet they are always telling me to be patient as they “deal with the issues” on the website. I wish they had told me they had “issues” when I was paying them. I will be looking for another shopping cart to move my website too very soon. There are much much better services out there than fortune3. It should be called UNFORTUNE3..
