VEŔY POOR HOSTING. 50% DOWNTIME. ARROGANT GREEDY SUPPORT
The management of this poor hosting is very poor. I joined them last year october, very welcoming until you make a purchase of the domain and hosting. Shortly afterwards, i tried enquiring for help here and there, they tended to charge a minimum of 5k, despite me paying on a few occasions, the guy could not still help me. Thats when tara.co.ke came through for me, and despite not hosting with them at the moment, the guy gave me free services as a mentor and in return i refered a few people to host with them
The biggest problem was not the money, once i applied for google adscence, google kept on saying my site has had over 50% downtime, i kept on complaining to the rude management, to my surprise most of my messages were blueticked, every day i could wake up at 2 AM to build on my site, it was always down untill 7 AM when he could tell me amerestart servers.
I decide to migrate to Tara.co.ke, after the company had been guiding me since my domain purchase and since i had reffered my friends to the guy with their sites never recording a single downtime a thing that made me feel comfortable with TARA. Very humble support, not after your money as such with quality services. I would vouch anyone reading this to check out TARA.CO.KE. The managemennt of fbrand on hearing i want to transfer, they made sure to charge me 4k, way beyond any single hosting around in attempts to force me host with them again with claims that they had maintained their servers recently.
My honest opinion is to anyone interested to host, KINDLY AVOID THIS POOR GREEDY SUPPORT TEAM, THEY ARE SOO INCOMPETENT
