No communication from Exact Hosting outside of generic e-mails!

I just sent the e-mail (below) to Exact Hosting last night and, this morning, I received this reply from them:

This ticket has been closed and cannot be reopened

This is the e-mail I sent them last night via their e-mail contact address, the e-mail they closed in less than 24 hours:

Hello,

Somehow, I don't seem to understand the ways and means of contacting Exact, so I'm going to try via e-mail. I have been asked to share my experience with Exact Hosting. I am doing so within this response.

I'll start with a few questions:

1. I just opened a new Domain (seekjesus2day.live). When I try to install Exacts Web Builder, the program won't let me use my new domain name (says it's already taken). My guess is, I should have begun the builder purchase first, and then added the Domain name. I just paid out money for this, plus purchased an SSL Certificate for this new site. What must I do?
2. Upon purchasing the SSL Certificate for my new Domain, I get lost at the "choose the closest match for your server" just before the signing of the agreement. I'm at a blank in understanding this.
3. On a different Domain I own (hisnameisjesus.org), I purchased an SSL Certificate for that domain, as well. After learning of the difficulties facing me with this Domain, I cancelled the SSL Certificate. That certificate was purchased with credits from my Exact credits. Will I be receiving a refund in the amount of that cancellation?
4. If I choose to close any of my accounts, how might I do so, and, if I do, would I be eligible for any refunds?

I received an e-mail from someone within Exacts customer service asking me of my personal experience in how Exact is doing and was encouraged that I answer to help Exact better serve its customers. I then received another e-mail from Exact apologizing for not being able to respond sooner due to the position Exact is currently in, in trying to meet the needs of the many transfers from Webs.com and Vista (of which I am one regarding my Domains) and then proceeded to thank me for my patience. I am one who will research my way through a challenge to attempt to discover the answers I need. In the case of doing so with Exact Hosting, I found myself in allot of confusion, due to Exact Hosting not offering complete and detailed, step by step information to guide their customers to a place of understanding. With the questions I have asked in this e-mail, I searched for answers, but was left unsatisfied. I've tried the "chat", several times, only to be told that "chat" is too busy, and to leave a message, and someone will get back to me. I've attempted to contact Exact via Exacts 1-800 phone number, only to be placed on hold for a lengthy time, and then hear a dial tone, due to being disconnected. This happened more than once. Only one time was I able to speak with an agent, within several attempts. Unless I receive human direction, I see no need to remain with Exact Hosting, and will permanently close each of my Domain accounts, and start anew somewhere else.

Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy e-mail. I truly hope to hear back from you.

Note: Again, I heard back from Exact Hosting in the form of a generic email saying:

this ticket has been closed and cannot be re-opened.

Please do not put yourself through the heartache of signing up with Exacting Hosting. Read the many reviews of sorrows other customers have endured in (like myself) doing so.
