We've been with ewebguru.com for two years now, and I wanted to state their service has been great. We haven't noticed a single glitch since we signed up in early 2008's. We haven't even had to contact the customer service until recently, and the error was in our own files but we needed their help to fix the problem. When we did contact customer service, it was on a Saturday and they replied the same day within a couple of hours. They helped us resolve the problem in no time, with professionalism and knowledge, and we were all fixed up. Things have been running smoothly once again, and we couldn't be happier with the service there.
Based on our experience with ewebguru, I'd highly recommend them. The lack of problems with the server has made for a very calm hosting experience, I don't even have to think about the hosting, it's just there and reliable. The customer service experience was great. I see us staying there for a very long time! There's not much else to say, and that's a good thing with we hosting companies as far as I am concerned!
