I opened a reseller account with eWebGuru about one month ago and thought I would share my experience so far.
I asked few questions in their live chat, and received answers right away. Right off the bat, I was impressed with their customer service attitude.
I have about 10 accounts, and I'm transferring most of them individually. I've run into a number of issues with a few tricky accounts, these are MY issues and are NOT ewebguru's fault. They have been incredibly helpful in getting everything transferred and resolved.
I have interacted with few of their support department people, and all have been extremely helpful and patient. They take the time to educate me as we go through this process.
With several of my past hosts, I was made to feel like an idiot at times. The ewebguru staff has treated me with respect, even when I ask a stupid question.
The server speed is much faster than our old host. Quite a noticeable difference for us.
One month in, I would highly recommend ewebguru.com. I will post an update in the future as well.
