Euserv is very bad
I've been working with euserv for about 1 year. I rented 9 dedicated servers and 360 extra IPs. 2 days ago 2 servers were disconnected. If the recovery mode does not work, the servers do not restart. I saw that the servers from the panel did not have a network connection. I've sent a support message but no response for 2 days. one of the servers is very important to me. I sent a message to the media and I sent a message by mail. Answer was given on the 3rd day. hardware failure and was told to be replaced within 24 hours. it was also said that the server will be reinstalled at the end of this process. how do they do something without asking me? I said that there is very important data on the server and that the system should not be reinstalled. In response to me, they said that we could transfer it from old disks to new disks with usb. and they demanded a 50 euro service charge from me. I told them I was okay, I agreed. but 2 days passed, but no action was taken. I said to put the disks from the other servers that belong to me to the empty one, but no answer. Hardware not changed, network issue not solved. No response for 2 days. It was 5 days 2 server not working. one of them is very important to me especially I said, I would pay the fee I said .. but no interested. very disgrace company. Doing staircase work. customer satisfaction and support zero. definitely stay away. The server is not taken gum from them.
