No product, no refund. This is fraud!
We ordered a virtual machine that was said to be available within 24 hours. During checkout, there is talk about 'upto 48 hours'. Well, okay, fair enough.
Three working days later, I pick up the phone the enquire about the status of our server. They tell us that delivery of the server will take at least another week. We can't wait that long. They tell us that in order to cancel the server, we need to send an email. So that's what we do.
We get a reply by email that we were misinformed: the estimated delivery date for the server if the next working day. And the server can no longer be cancelled. We reply by insisting the cancellation, because in the meantime we already ordered a server elsewhere. And besides, the web interface still states: 'Order is ready for processing but can be stopped still.'
Apart from automated emails demanding that we transfer more money to them, this is the last we've heard from them. Despite quite a number of emails from us politely asking them to resolve the issue. The dedicated server was never delivered, nor was our money refunded.
We filed a complaint with PayPal (through which the original payment was made), elaborating our case. EUServ never even bother to respond even then. However, Paypal decided in all their wisdom that for unspecified reasons, we're not getting our money back. Even after appeal. I don't think a human ever even looked at our case.

In short: do yourself a favor and stay far away from EUServ.
