I have been with them since Jul 2007. Initially I had a reseller account on a shared server and then in Nov 2007 moved to a Linux VPS. I have been very happy with them. I had a few teething issues initially when I moved to the VPS (some of which were due to my lack f knowledge) and they were always very helpful.
I have almost always used live chat to contact them and that has worked well. Although the foreign staff do use UK aliases some of the time the responses are understandable and they do do what they say they will.
If there is ever anything which the support team does which you don't agree with then there is the forum. I once didn't get the answer I expected about white label customer support (where my customers get support by email and it's not clear that it's not my firm that provides it) and the answer I got was not what I expected. I posted a query on the forum and one of the directors answered. In fact I'd read the forum before signing up and it was one of the reasons that I chose EUK.
They are not the cheapest but I think that they give very good service and for this reason I am writing this, which is the first review I have written for any product anywhere on the net. I have read the recent negative reviews -from Gavin and bluebell- and they do not square with my experience.
In 2009 I had 1 hour downtime. I don't have data for 2008.
