As some in support team member has huge amount of technical knowledge,and can solve your problem very soon so that you site is not in a mess.They provide you the best suggestions from their end,and we just have to follow them.I have to different accounts with eukhost as one is shared and one is a VPS.
For shared i was always satisfied with them but worried ofr my vps plan as i have paid a huge amount of money to them,But still the support team help me open heartedly the feature i have well, VPS mirroring is really useful solution if you want your web sites be always online – well done by its team.while setup the VPS the the customer support was very handy.
Based on my experience I would definitely recommend this host to anyone looking for a professional, value-for-money web hosting service.
