We initially had a vps with eukhost, then moved to semi dedicated, and now have dedicated servers, running our own successful hosting company.
We were able to do this because Eukhost offer such fantastic rates on dedicated servers that we can make money and be successful too.
Some of the facts in the negative reviews below are wrong. The review which says they don't do backups is wrong. If you are going to write a negative review, ensure it is based on true facts.
To those people reading these reviews, go to Eukhost's own forums. Like all hosts they have their ups and downs, but they don't delete anything from the forums, even when you have a go at them, they come back with an explanation and put an honest reply.
Yes, some of the support is in India, but their indian support is owned and run by eukhost, not another company on contract to them or a general support centre. It is dedicated eukhost support. Using India is how eukhost balance out cost vs support.

At the end of the day no company can please everyone and sometimes however hard you try to please some people it still isn;t enough. Some people will write a negative review whatever you say or do for them and in other cases, when people have problems it isn;t always the host who is at fault, some people upload dodgy scripts or bad wordpress pugins which take the server down. They then give a bad review.
Eukhost are not perfect, they are human, and we've built the success of our business based on their services.
