hosting with these people is a hit and miss (mostly miss if you do not know how to fix your own problems)
The settings in the plesk control panel sometimes will not work for sites with ssl certificates and if you rely on email from this system, you are subject to random down times. When you discover you are down, they will delay responding until you are just frustrated. Nobody answers the phone calls and then when they do, they have no knowledge.
Last month they changed the interface on plesk control panel. Of course this broke at least 4 of my websites. Getting them to check their settings is a fight in itself. The support personnel mak assumption that the problem is always on another person even if the site was working prior to their change. AND setting up a self-running site (one that reliably interacts with customers) is not advised here. The site will be working fine and then it will stop working for some unknow reason. (a change behind the scenes). Of course there is never a change if you ask them. However the sites just mysteriously stop working. The time you waste re-doing the work of getting a site up and running is far more valuable than this service. AARARRRRGGGGHHH#$#@!$
