I have been continually shocked and amazed at what some people can get away with, while having a straight face. It was a good service for the first 2 months (coincidentally that is the only period of time you may get a refund). After that point, however, we experienced at least 3 hours a month during our business hours (god only knows the other 15 hours a day). The support department is only available for chat on aim, which only seems to work if there isn't a major problem or if they can solve your issue in the first 5 minutes.

As it stands right now, we finally got back online after over 48 hours of being down. Since our site got back up, maybe 25% of our email has been recovered. Long story short, DO NOT HOST WITH THESE GUYS IF YOU RELY ON YOUR WEBSITE FOR BUSINESS.

It seems evident to me that they started the company with the attitude of "any joker can run a web host", and they decided to start a host with no IT skills to speak of, just good graphic design for their main site. In my opinion, they could have done the world a favor and started a design firm instead of becoming another crappy web host.
First off, let me apologize for your site's downtime. A hardware issue caused your server to fail. Let me assure you that we buy only best when it comes to our hardware, but even the highest quality servers can still fail. In the rare event of server failure, our top priority is to get your site back on-line. We rely on back-up software to make this happen as fast as we can, and sense the indecent you described, we have replaced that software in favor of one that works both faster and more reliably.
Also, our support staff is reachable via email/ticket, phone as well as AIM. You are correct however when you say that we will not support major issues over instant message as we prefer our ticket system for its client integration and easier workflow.
We do appreciate your business. We do everything in our power to constantly ensure eleven2 is at the top of its game.
