I've use Egnyte for 1 year.
I had a 3 Power User and 1 Standard User for my team.

The good sides:
The Smart Sync app works good comparing to Dropbox.
I can edit direct on Cloud from my PC without need to download the file on local drive!
No down servers.
All the permissions per user work good.

Now the bad sides:
1. It was anti intuitive to install the app.
Hard to setup accounts, inside dashboard, and all the interface, for beginners. (as I was back then)
2. Even if the price is ok compared with OneDrive (x Google Drive), Dropbox, Box or Mega.nz, they F** limit you at max 25GB / month of download - for external link.
- Example: Me as a client, can have unlimited Download / Upload, but if I already have a file on their cloud and I send a link to somebody that is not a client, the limit is 25Gb!!
There was Nowhere written this limitation! Else I was running from them like I run from Corona Virus!
- Continue example: I work with video content so Imagine I have to transfer more than 25Gb / day!
I email them to extend my bandwidth and they asked for $340 / month!!
I changed my business model to them because I already payed for an entire year! Really!?!?
3. Now about the costumer service.
Until Egnyte I thought the Adobe service is the worst C.S. ever, but Egnyte is now No.1 in worst C.S.
Don't want to vomit here, but my experience was very bad!
Conclusion: if you work in IT and don't care about C.S. they are ok. If you need human interaction, and help and support with worm responses and on time, just don't. Better buy from Google or Dropbox.
