EastSolid got a negative review on

I got to eastsolid when a previous hosting service announced it was changing to Plesk, which I don't care to learn how to use.
Eastsolid became an option because it was so unexpensive - the reseller account for 22 bucks!
And then i found why it was cheap - you cannot contact any of the guys that probably work there.
No operating phone, so no urgency is really urgent.
They are so poorly established that they cannot charge your card recurringly - you need to go into paypal every month to make a payment.
Worst yet, they send an e-mail stating you have an invoice pending, if you dismiss it for 3 days , boom, service is cut, your accounts are down and no power on earth will bring them up again, even if you pay.
Nope, you have to wait several hours.
You send e-mails, you logg in for support - all you get is an autoresponder stating you should go through other ways.
NO service whatsoever.
I'm Really sorry to use these people,
Run from them, they are the worst kind. Frustration is the word I associate with Eastsolid.
