barely works and no responses
My initial experience was good enough that I paid for Business service for one year. After 1 week I had noticed that I was unable to use their FTP access and informed them about it;however, Using the server upload I was able to get the site going. I then found that their CWPanel would not allow you to sign in directly and you had to load it through their site. Often times it would not connect to the panel until the third or forth try. Then they stopped paying for their softaculous account which which prevented me from installing some of the software that I had paid to use. After that I found that their so called unlimited email account was not configured correctly and you could not send or receive emails from gmail users. Which also prevented anyone signing up for an account on your website from getting their email confirmation. When trying to tweek the website for best performance I found their service was subpar on gtmetrix. So I went to start fresh, and found I was no longer allowed to install software through softaculous. So there was no more chance of setting up a website. I have been contacting them multiple times throughout all these issues. Some they just ignored. So I cancelled the service and found that when I was trying to point the domain to my new hosting company, it didn't work either. I have also requested a refund from this company and given them 2 days to respond before I file dispute through paypal and my credit card company. In conclusion I will say everyone should avoid this company at all cost. Sub par service that doesn't work.
