Doteasy has hosted my website for over 13 years, during which time I cannot praise their support team highly enough. Every time I have needed advice they have helped me to fully resolve any issue that maintaining a website has brought. I particularly appreciate the clarity which every member of the team respond to my questions - I am not trained in computers, but the clear breakdown of steps that I should follow to implement any changes that I ask about, such as adding new wordpress sections to my site and converting the site to https, is always highly appreciated. The personal service and the competence with which they deal with things gives me the confidence and security that I need. I recently set up a wordpress site for my son in the UK to give him the opportunity to learn how to build a site, but have since asked doteasy to help me to add it to my own, for I quickly saw that not all providers offer a comparable level of professional excellence and customer support. I am one of the lucky ones who was pointed in this direction when I started out... thank you so much, doteasy, for all the help over the years!
