No more "free" hosting
It's too bad you limit the "Time Hosted with..." field to "over 3 years". I have been with them since they first came into existance. Their strength has always been price, never support. I maintain several very basic, very low-traffic websites myself that rarely change. I do the html, etc, and use no email with them, etc. I've always renewed my domains 5 years at a time and so forth and paid nothing else otherwise. Now Doteasy is forcing us to begin paying over $20/year for basically nothing, since I essentially never use anything they offer. There is no "free" hosting at Doteasy anymore. And even though I have several years to go on my Domain life, they want to force me to start paying for something I don't even use. The worst part though is the incompetence of their online service staff who seem incapable of answering a question and can only repost irrelevant information that has already been sent to me in pro forma emails. Very disappointing, especially after being with doteasy for so many years.
