I Have had hosting with Digital Pacific for around 8 months now and I thought I shoud give them the recommendation they deserve. It very rare these days to come across companies that actually care about there customers.
When I signed up they called me a day later to see how everything was going with my account and if that they could help with anything at all. I thought that was my job to call them when I was stuck but here is this company going above and beyond the call of duty to reach out to their customers. Now that's service!! Today I had a problem with a web form that I had stuffed up and they restored it from a backup they had from a hour ago as they stated they snapshot backups or whatever every hour. Then they called me to see if it was working the way I wanted and they made some config changes.
I have had a few web hosting companies in the past but digital pacific tops the list. They also have a long history (11 years) in the game as well and they know their stuff. I never write reviews but I felt I needed to because they went the extra mile. And just when I thought customer service had gone...
