Color Host got a negative review on and one official response on

I brought an account with ColorHost,
They rejected my phone calls, as well as a my emails.
They also refused to enable SSH on my account, saying how it apparently was a security risk, I actually had to explain to them how UNIX permissions worked before they actually were like "Ok we're change your then for it"
They took so long to respond, that I couldn't even get a refund, as when I filed a refund request within the 7 days, it took them days to reply so they refused to give a refund, despite it being asked way before the 7 days was over.
Their replies to other reviews here are lies, I've talked to a few of the people, and their outraged with how ColorHost has made them afraid of the hosting industry, especially when a "company" like this is ran by a 14 year old kid in his bedroom.
They have shitty servers, with 2 or so cores each on cheap OpenVZ VPSs, they no way are in expensive datacenters and use expensive servers.
I think you're get more for your money at NoUptime.com, not with this shitty company. I also got in contact with Daniel below, and ColorHost stole his software, as well as refused to remove it until their servers got threatened by their host.
All the bad reviews here are real, while the good ones are by Kevin himself. The wording is similar on each one, I shoulda known not to spend my money here, the name clearly gives it away as a Kiddy Host.
