Setting up an account was easy. However after a short period of time our account was compromised. We attempted to deal with the issue however within hours they suspended our account without notice. Rather that argue with them we closed our account. So we had service for about 2 weeks. Then to our surprise on June 16th they made an unauthorized charge to our account again for another month of service. Our response was to simply ask them to refund that money to the original source of payment. They have deigned our request for a refund. Now they want us to fill out a form and sign it to prove that they took money from our account !!! However, they have no way to verify our signature. Their response times have been timely and polite. However, I conclude after many back and forth ticket replies that they do not know how to do business in the USA. I have now spent over 1 hour trying to get them to refund this charge of $9.95
