On the otherhand according to TOS your account has been suspended for abuse. A 50$ reactivation fee will be applicable for restoration process.

Yep, his persons hosting account has been suspended for illigal dispute under paypal, he was a client of centriohost since last 6 mo. and recently he renewed his hosting for taking backups :) probably. PayPal already cancel his false claim since this is not legitimate..
On the otherhand this person is an idiot ;) He even did not see that UK is the support center, not HQ. CentrioHost HQ is from Bangladesh and we have more than 21000+ hosted sites with 172+ servers. So such 1/2 customers might get pain for their own shit works, thats not our headache. We just follow our policies :)
