It was horrible for the first two years, and I mean almost useless, but it was all I could get. Everything else was limited to so many Gigabits per month. Then, even though it was almost unusable in the first place they restricted my bandwidth down to nothing and denied it for an entire month until I went to the BBB. Turns out they throttled my bandwidth to below 1 Mbps even though on a really good day I only got 3. If you read the fine print it is not unlimited. After that it was good for almost two years. Then around June 2020 it went back to almost useless again. Jumping ship at the first opportunity. Don't expect support unless you call and call and call again then wait on hold for 30 minutes to an hour or more. Then expect them to argue with you that nothing is wrong. Sending them an email or using any other option results in being ignored. Even if your looking to get their service. Terrible company that got big from government grants to expand internet into rural areas.If there is any other unlimited option that is not dial up I suggest you take it.
