I just had to comment on the horrible experience I had with Canaca. After shutting down my site for 8 months I tried to get my site up and running again. They got the site up quickly. My problem is that I can't login using my previous username & password and it has been 5 days since I originally contacted them about this problem. I have emailed their emergency email, called 3 times (press 1 for sales so you get a real person) and I finally got my welcome ( spelled 'wellcome' in the email!) today. You have to wait 12 hrs to get a response to your emergency request and up to 48 hrs for a normal response (according to the Sales Rep. and my experience). This 'Wellcome' letter was totally useless because the username & password still didn't work to log me into to the cpanel or for ftp. My business depends on having access to this site and I am soo angry and frustrated. I wish I could just cancel my service with them but I don't think they'll give me a refund (they said they wouldn't).

I HATE CANACA. STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR SANITY.
