When I first signed up with them in 2006, the rates were decent, the customer service was okay. I signed up for two years. Then in 2008 when I went to renew I wasn't really happy, but they offered me a pretty good deal to continue with them if I signed up for two more years. All the bad started to happen at the beginning of 2009, network down, customer service not responding. When I needed to renew one of my domains this year, they screwed up to where I almost lost one of my domains. They gave me ten days, TEN DAYS, of free hosting. Which they immediately forgot to give me. When my original date of renewal came up they shut me down, when I sent them the email explaining the ten free days, they turned me back on, only long enough to shut me down the next day because my credit card wouldn't go through for automatic renewal. I told them I wasn't going to renew with them. They turned me back on and I moved my domains and hosting that day. Stay away from Canaca, they were once a decent company, but who knows what happened. Because as of now they stink.
