BzYBHosting arrogant and unprofessional

We had VPS plan with bzybhosting with R1Soft backup subscribed.

Accidently we got 2 Gb data deleted for one of the domain on 5th July , which we reported on 7th. We were told that they restored it on 8th.

We noticed after we days that bzybhosting restored of 6th / 7th - so effectively we lost our data as they say now that they don't have our data.

Interestingly when we raised this issue with them - bzybhosting say we don't have data any more and started accusing us for the abuse.

After realizing that they have goofed -up - then started threatening us to terminate our services arbitrarily.

Just now we realize that bzybhosting have even removed our login data from support area, so we can't put forth our grievances.

How can any host be so arrogant and abusive.

Even with best of plans, our data is not safe with them for their own unprofessional handling. And customer is left high / dry with huge risk of data loss even with R1Soft backup plan.
What happened here was they intentionally deleted their own data. Not just some data an entire cPanel account to clear up space on their VPS because the HD was full and about to crash. They should have down loaded a backup before they deleted the account but they did not. They had 200GB of disk space and did not mange it well.

We attempted to restore their data but there was a lapse in days between when they deleted the cPanel account and when they contacted us to restore the data. The time was so long that the deleted data was over written by the newest backup in our system. We attempted several restores but the data was gone over written due to the re usage of disk space in our backup system.

This was not our fault if they had contacted us in a timely manner the data would have been not been overwritten by a newer backup of their data. At this time the customer became very upset and blamed us for the data lose and became abusive and threaten us with negative reviews online and law suites. The abuse also came from constant very high CPU usage that caused the crash of our nodes on more than one occasion as well as they allowed large amounts of spam to be sent from their server. They created several support requests blaming us for their black listed ip address due to the spam. We did what we could do by cleaning up the ip address and warning them that this was not except-able on our hosting. We could have asked them to leave just for this incident. After the backup problem CPU abuse spam issues as well as the verbal abuse and threats of legal action. We asked them to please find a new host by the end of their billing cycle so that they had plenty of time to move. Look they hosted with us for almost 2 years, it’s unfortunate what happened but it was not our fault we are a very good host. I think they were upset over the data that they lost which is understandable but they one should have contacted us immediately to restore the data instead of waiting until it was overwritten by their mistake. Thank you and I hope you read this and decide to host with us. Also it is important to note that no matter where you host you are still responsible for a backup of your data. This customer never took a backup of their own data.
