Well, Bizzhost turned out to be like any other hosting service provider...i.e. support sucks!!! big time!!!!
I read the good reviews and was in process of registering for windows premium package but thank god , I had a chat with the customer support before I made the payment.
I had just two queries, very common ones that most people uploading a web application would ask, one was about the asp.net version compatibility and the other one was about database restoration.
The support chap just pretended not to have read my queries , i tried for a good half an hour but the person didn't have any clue and that too it was a very simple and valid question that needed an answer in 'yes' or 'no'.
Man!!! i think i just saved myself two thousand five hundred rupees and lots of self created mess.

After investigating the issue, we have found out that, you indeed contacted our Online Chat Support System on YMail. You had some confusion about Coupon Code field and you were trying to enter your Credit Card Number in that field, to which our support tech. informed you to leave it blank.
After that you informed our support tech that you wanted to purchase a Windows Silver Premium Plan. Our tech. assisted you all the way to make a signup on your behalf and generated an Invoice No. 17465. After that you even followed the support tech's instructions till payment page but never completed it.
After that you asked only 2 questions,
Your Ques 1) Can I restore the SQL database by myself or do I have to send the backup to you ?
Our Ans.) You can upload the Database backup file to your root folder and one of our techs will restore it for you.
Your Ques 2) Can I restore the SQL database by myself ?
Our Ans.) No, you cannot. We will have to do it for you.
The other question about ASP.Net version was never received by us so no reply was made.
This small conversation which lasted about 15 minutes made you impatient and angry.
We assume that you never wanted to make any purchase.
