Hi,
I wish i can add this to my old post, will this is a detailed problems and replies to them.
1- My post wasn’t emotionally; it was professional opinion of what i had with your company.
2- "You can check our forums and twitter messages for any maintenance announcements and we also send out emails" honestly! You want me to keep track on when you will have maintenance or not! Oh Yeah! Forgot my job is not to do some programming stuff and just keeping an Eye on your company to know when there will be maintenance or not. Is there Charges for Sending Emails, didn’t know that email became costly that much.
3- Renew my domain, Hmmm. how would you renew something you don’t know if its expired or not, and I got 2 Domains Deleted and none of them Expired (1 Delete on 1/2011 and it was renewed on 5-6/2010, the 2nd one subscription was on 15-30/1/2010 and it was deleted before 15/1/2011) and none of these emails were found under my host and i even sent them the invoices and they just ignored them.
4- And I had a late paid domain (4th domain) and you charged me if am not wrong 20USD BUT it wasn’t deleted.
5- and about my Company Domain got deleted, Me + My Boss and we are Professional in IT, and The domain got deleted in off working day. and I had a call from customer at 7am saying the domain not working and I had to logged to check what’s wrong to find out that Domain got delete, Database + Files all gone. 3days of talking to you until the problem solved.
6- Funny thing, I received emails to renew my domains and host! I can’t log into billing account, and can’t log into my host! And you deleted my host. How would you pay if you can’t log. "I wasn’t even going to pay i already moved to Good Review hosting company"

We have the best customer service. This has been reported by hundreds and hundreds of customers who emailed us when they had issues and the problem was resolved. The fact that you did not renew your domain a year ago and remembered about it only 12 months later does not make us any worse. And if you are not willing to follow our websites and news it does indeed hard to know when there is a maintenance window.

Anyway, thanks a lot for your feedback. Any feedback good or bad makes us stronger every day and not weaker!
