After paying for a server with a card and secure SMS verification, after providing my phone number, email, and domain, and after launching my services publicly, my server was suspended for lack of verification. I tried to upload a photo of my ID, but their website wouldn't allow it. They also changed my account password several times, wasting my time until the next day when I couldn't log in at all. I expect a refund of the measly 10 euros for which they demanded so much verification, and I never want to hear from this fraudulent company again.

After a secure payment with a card and SMS verification code, after providing my phone number and email, after receiving the server and launching my services publicly, it turns out that I was suspended for not verifying my identity. Not only that, but they won't let me upload a photo of my ID to their website. Not only that, but they also deleted the account where I had submitted my support requests. I was extremely disappointed, and I do not recommend them at all.

I have a secure payment with a letter and a code to process an SMS, I have to enter my telephone number and my email, I have to find out the data on the server and I have found the information published and my service, if I know that my identity is not verified. Not only, but I will not be allowed to upload a photo of my identity document on your page. Not only this, we have also canceled the account if we have requested assistance.
