Chris and Apss4Rent is Best!
Chris was exceptional in his experience, personality, and knowledge of all the complexities of the issues that were called in. Several additional issues were discovered, of which Chris was able to suggest changes to increase performance, speed, and ability to obtain quickly the info from the database of AccountEdge. This involved Microsoft, Priority Software, Apps4Rent and Accountedge interconnectivity. Each and EVERY problem found was solved by Chris within a very short amount of time. There were no long wait times when I did not know he was there. I valued actually my own time talking to Chris, learning from him, and updating our system to where it is now much better than before, especially in accessibility, speed, and knowledge of our overall system of usage. Chris is a valuable member of support with and for Apps4Rent and is excellent in customer service as well as problem-solving. Please thank him generously for me, and us at Alltid, who have relied on this customer service before, but NEVER to this excellent standard that Chris demonstrated.
