Disgusting attitude towards customers. They block them under far-fetched pretexts, without any evidence. They also do not return money.

you have not sent me any warnings. That there were some incidents! show me a detailed log so I can understand how this happened and fix the problem. Otherwise, it is a contrived excuse.

I do not do any spam, you can check the VPS there are no spam programs on it! Maybe someone got access. or how could you skip spam for 4 months?

I rent a server from you for 4 months without any problems. What is the reason? You didn't even bother me.
Please advise how to fix the problem. Activate the server. or return money.

UCEPROTECT-Level3 Details
Provider protection prevents Impact Counters rising more than 1 per 4 hours during the first 24 hours and 1 per hour up to the 48th hour after an IP got Level 1 listed.
If more than 6 Impacts are shown for an IP, that means the Provider ignored abuse for more than 24 hours, and is considered very bad here.
If more than 30 Impacts are shown for an IP, that means the Provider ignored abuse for more than 48 hours, and is considered inacceptable here.
