Each and every AGILITYHOSTER.COM Customer agrees not to allocate more than 4999MB of its hosting account space to image and multimedia (.gif, .png, .avi, .mpg, .jpg, .mp3, .3gp) files. Each and every AGILITYHOSTER.COM Customer agrees not to allocate more than 4999MB of its hosting account space to archive (.rar, .zip, .tar, .gzip, .iso, .nrg, .cue, .ccd, .img, .sub, .cue) files. Each and every AGILITYHOSTER.COM Customer agrees not to allocate more than 4999MB of its hosting account space to DB dump backup (.sql, .pgsql, .mssql, .mysql) files. Each and every AGILITYHOSTER.COM Customer agrees not to allocate more than 4999MB of its hosting account space to .exe, .pdf, .psd, .ppt files. Each and every AGILITYHOSTER.COM Customer agrees not to allocate more than 4999MB of its hosting account space to any identical file types.
THEY ARE OFFERING ONLY THEORETICAL 25 GB ON ANY ACCOUNT NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU PAYED!!! And on top of that only 5 GB of one type of files (pictures, archives, SQL backups, executable and other). If you want 6 GB of pictures or DVD images hosted on your account, the account can be deleted!
The SMTP server can only support ONE email address for sending using PHP per account, not for every domain and it would work if your emails are accepted by other servers (yahoo doesn't - the server is blacklisted for spam).
The uptime they guarantee is not your website uptime, but their network's uptime! In the time I've been with them, they had ~5 days of downtime, only one announced for server maintenance, the rest was either web server unreachable or database server down.
