I have had a mixed bag of results. Firstly, the prices are very good and they are very responsive, although that has not always been the case. Credit where it is due - in the last 1-2 years I'm not often left waiting for a response. I can see that the staff want to help and sometimes are extremely helpful. At other times, despite the specificity of my enquiries I feel like I am not being understood at all and end up just having to go work out any issues myself - in those instances specific problems are met with general responses which just waste time. Often times successive emails are answered by a different staff member which makes the process of working through issues convoluted. Their servers used to be slower, but it seems to have improved a lot, again in the last 1-2 years. Spam filtering options are not good for webmail despite my attempts to ask for help, again, I'm left with non-specific answers which has made the experience frustrating. I do hope they continue to improve - I wouldn't mind a slower response time if it meant better answers to my queries!
