We have been using 99Stack Cloud for nearly a year now to host much of the back-end for our image hosting site. Very fast servers for a reasonable price, great privacy features which simplified the whole process of signing up, lot's of data center locations and plans available.
Initially we deployed a few servers to test latency, they bill everything by the hour so it felt surprisingly cheap. On average we'd get below 10ms latency within Europe, around 100ms to north America and east Asia (from Europe), and rarely more than 200ms for a request from one side of the globe to the other.
They have a great API with lot's of features, consistency and easy to use thanks to a good documentation, the community forum seems active and we've found some useful articles and threads there.
Support is amazing, usually responds fast and is always helpful in the sense of actual help and not just the usual corporate talk you get from larger companies. There's a human touch to it and it's clear they care a lot about their customers.
The only drawback is the lack of managed resources, like Kubernetes or a pre-installed database cluster, at of time of writing. Tho they do have great tutorials on how to set that up fast and conveniently, so it's not too much of an issue.
