the server that got promised in 5 minutes, never got to start at the same day. in the matter of fact feedback on the ticket came back 1.5 days later.
after cancelling the subscription and activating buy protection from paypal, the company still decides to charge money for a product that never lived up to the promises and has never been used.
after explaining this case in a ticket (i'll admit the tone was annoyed). the response I got back was:
First of all, we do not care what you do with PayPal, because if you have a problem or question, you have to talk to us not to PayPal.
customer support that starts off "we do not care what you" is imo the biggest not done you can do.
besides the company being legally allowed to keep the money, this proves that their level of service and empathy (charging money for a product that has never been used) is below 0.
If you guys are looking for a quality service, try something like PingPerfect or any others out there. 4Netplayers is pure scam and will threat people not pleased with them as dogs.
