3Essentials would like to take this opportunity to provide the facts regarding the Tropicalboat.com rating. 3Essentials did not make any changes to this customer account. Furthermore, we have documented proof via our log files that shows the owner of the site, or someone the owner gave access to, enabled a feature on their PLESK control panel that enabled this java re-direct.
As confirmed by the customer (after the posting of this rating), once 3Essentials was made aware of a problem with the customers site we identified the change (that we didn't make) and disabled the feature that had been enabled in PLESK. From the opening of the original ticket, until the removal of the feature was about one hour.
At no time has 3Essentials been served with a law suit.
After many days of back and forth explanations, the customer has stated to us:
"I have no complaints and no hard feelings against 3Essentials. Please feel free to close this dispute."
Below is the last response of the first ticket they opened with us, when they first signed up. That ticket was not related to this issue:
"Yupppieee!!!!! :-)) Finally we're done!!!!!! heh! Thank you so much guys! You've been really the best! Tell me if you want my testimonial and I'll happily write it for you!!!"
3Essentials takes customer service very seriously, we have thousands of sites that host with us, customers that depend on our services on a daily basis.
At the end of the day, we know we did our very best to resolve this customers issue quickly, effectively and with the utmost professionalism.
