Their costumer support sucks, only one guy works there, and they are available in some weird hours. You have to play cat and mouse with them just to talk to a live person.
They have lousy support and their "administrators" suck. They have closed my account for 24 hours claiming that i managed to use over 25% out of 16 processors for longer then 90 seconds.
Next they claimed that I have a virus that originated from my account (on a linux system, yeah right) and then they (after costing me over $2000 in lost business) after 24 hours enable temporarily my account claiming that a STATIC wordpress plugin that i have installed on 3 of my domains, caused the processor usage.
They are the worst option available.
I USED THE UNLIMITED LINUX HOSTING PLAN

No Hosting company will provide you using there server resource more then 25% for 90 second in there shared hosting server .... Some company provide less then this percent ....
And Server admin checks every account so there will be no fraud or anything happen which will effect our clients or slowdown of server in that server....
As you say that you lost $2000 in business when you host your site with us , if your business is so big and you are getting $2000 per day then why you host your site in shared server, you can invest some $ in VPS or Dedicated Serve in which you have full control over the resources which is allocated to you and you account will not suspend and you don't lost business which you claim........
We provide 99.95% uptime
When we suspend any After that we audit that account which will take 24 or more to check and if it is possible to unsuspend if it is then we unsuspend account with warning ......
And if it is not possible then we will Provide refund of all the unused month....
