I am a technician related to linux servers management guy and had chance to work with several web hosting companies as an administrator. When it came to my turn of hosting a small personal website, I choose 247-host, not that I worked with them, frankly, only because of low cost. One cannot pay 10 $ per month for small personal website. I knew it heavy cost for me. So when I saw prices of these guys, I signed up for lowest cost hosting with them and their web hosting service is by far good, speed of setup, the billing, response to technical support issues and the general attitude towards dealing customers. I have never had a billing issue with them, and their technical support rarely takes more than an hour to get a reply, and rarely takes long to solve the issue. I'd refer anyone looking for a reseller account (I hear good things about their dedicated servers as well) to them in an instant.
