The absolute worst than worst
I should have read the previous reviews BEFORE...my site is down after I upgraded to https. the funny thing is that AFTER i upgraded I started having issues. my site was forwarded to a domain in china, Google reported my site as unsafe due to the many redirects?! …and they keep wanting to "change servers" I went from http://138.128.188...to http://26.185.188...they keep offering this as a resolution for my site being down. Right now, my site reports this site can’t be reached...refused to connect. Sunday, the database lost connection while we were working on it...we do accounting from it so ALL of our clients files are LOST. the cpanel do not allow us to make any changes, it says "please see admin" ...i have been sending tech support all day today, October 24 2017 and they only sent 1 email to "apologize for the delay" but my site has been down all day. Customers login to the accounting software and they can’t get to it all day. The promised 99.99% and 24/7 tech support...I have the bronze package with unlimited EVERYTHING...they hurt my reputation and business all at the same time. it seems like a joke to them. They don’t respond in a timely manner and my customers are upset telling ME that we broke our promise because they keep playing around with our site. I wish I could sue them. There is NO phone contact, nothing…we have the bronze so we are supposed to be top priority with this hosting company but we are not. I think that there is only one person managing this company and they are a reseller of sorts. We should be told this..they keep restoring the backed up site which messes up our journal entries and when we delete anything, it won’t delete off the server. For example we created a test sub domain and DELETED it and its still in our files?! Our emails WON’T delete taking up space on the server. We have to go into the files to delete?! Bottom line, they should NOT be legally allowed to offer hosting packages. 1 dollar should be made to shut down. They are hurtful to a new business and they damage your reputation. We have to change our domain name now because they did so much damage
