Jan, 2004 : Radiant Appoints New Chairman of the Board

📅 January 5, 2004 - The CEO of a private Vancouver-based investment firm has been named chairman of Radiant Communications Corp (radiant.net -> hostpapa.com), the board of directors announced Monday.

Chris Worthy, CEO of Worthy Capital, has also been a director and a senior financial executive with large corporations in Canada and the United Stated, and he has served as a principal for an international firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants.
"As Radiant continues its strong growth, it is increasingly important to have an independent chairman of the board. We are very pleased to have Chris take on this vital role," said Jim Grey, Radiant's President and CEO. "In the past year Chris has played an active role on Radiant's board of directors and has been particularly focused on Radiant's strategic positioning."
