May 7, 2004 : Server Central Acquires Hosting Assets

📅 May 7, 2004 - Web hosting, colocation and bandwidth provider Server Central (servercentral.net) announced on Friday that it has acquired the Web hosting and colocation customers and data center assets from The Systems House, a provider of technology solutions for the automotive and office products industry.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The hosting customers acquired by Server Central in the deal will have access to Server Central's IP connectivity, managed services and Microsoft Certified Partner offerings.
"These new customers will continue to receive superior value and support from Server Central," says Mark Luptak, vice president of sales and marketing for Server Central. "We're dedicated to providing personalized hosting services and we look forward to working closely with them to ensure their continued successes."
Chicago-based Server Central recently upgraded its Web hosting packages.
