CEO Bob Parsons said the company, flush with cash and void of debt, is considering the possibiliyt of an IPO but that it is not expected to happen soon.

Go Daddy is one of the largest domain registrars in the world. In May, Netcraft ranked Go Daddy as the second largest registrar in the world and among the three fastest growing registrars.
Parsons said Go Daddy would continue to work towards growth in the SSL certificate and Web hosting markets. Go Daddy entered the SSL market earlier this year.
