) this summer, announced on Tuesday that it has launched its template-driven SureStart service, which provides mid-market companies PeopleSoft functionality in a matter of weeks.

Surebridge says its SureStart Rapid Implementation Methodology combines the cost-effectiveness of a packaged solution with the flexibility to accommodate a customer's specific needs, ensuring that 30 percent of implementation is spent at the customer site in order to configure PeopleSoft around the customer's specific requirements. Surebridge also provides optional post-production support.
According to Surebridge, the SureStart Program has already been implemented by Eagle-Tribune Publishing Company, a Pulitzer Prize-winning publishing company that operates four daily and six weekly newspapers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
"Even prior to implementation, Surebridge helped us to identify the best practices and new software functionality that was most appropriate for our company," said John S. Gregory, vice president of business systems for Eagle-Tribune Publishing Company. "While Surebridge was strong in every phase of the project, it excelled in the Design and Validate phases which had us well prepared for our 'Go-Live' process and created a smooth knowledge transfer and transition process for our PeopleSoft deployment."
