📅 August 27, 2007 - UK Web hosting provider UH Hosting (uh-hosting.co.uk ) announced last week it has acquired Prime Hosting (primehosting.co.uk -> m247.com) for an undisclosed sum.

Prime Hosting specializes in cPanel based Web hosting and integrates into all the services provided by UH Hosting.

The acquisition will see Prime Hosting continue as its own brand and all clients will benefit from enhanced support, including the introduction of phone support. All clients will continue to receive the best possible service at great prices.

UH Hosting offers Web hosting services to over 3,500 active individuals and businesses, primarily in the UK market.
