📅 December 1, 2004 - Infocrossing (infocrossing.com), a provider of IT outsourcing services, announced on Tuesday that Jeremiah M. Healy has been elected to its board of directors.

Healy is chief financial officer and vice president of Ge-Ray Holdings Company Inc, a merchandising and manufacturing company that supplies knitted fabrics to the fashion industry. Prior to joining Ge-Ray in 1989, Healy was chief financial officer and vice president of Peabody International.

Earlier this month, Infocrossing announced its intentions to acquire the California-based company in a deal it says will bring an additional $33 million in gross annual revenue.
