Dec 13, 2004 : XO Renews Abercrombie & Fitch Contract

📅 December 13, 2004 - Telecommunications carrier and Web hosting provider XO Communications, Inc. (xo.com ) announced on Monday that it has signed a multi-year networking contract with Abercrombie & Fitch, renewing and expanding an existing agreement between the two companies.

XO Communications will upgrade Abercrombie & Fitch's communications network at its corporate locations to an OC-48 infrastructure to accommodate the company's increased data, voice and Internet communications requirements following several years of consistent growth.
"Given the growth of Abercrombie & Fitch we needed to expand our network to meet our future communications needs," says Tom Lennox, director of communications at Abercrombie & Fitch. "As our partner for the past four years, we looked to XO to provide us with a comprehensive and cost-effective solution to address our ever growing and ever changing requirements, and we are pleased with XO's responsiveness and reliability."
