👈 Official Responses: 0) announced on Wednesday that they had reached an agreement to jointly strengthen their long-term strategic partnerships to bring innovative technology infrastructure to the Chinese Internet community.

According to a memorandum of understanding, WEBCC, and its partners SEDO GmbH (sedo.com) and SWsoft (sw-soft.com), will help the development of HiChina in secondary domain names, Pay-Per-Click and Web hosting. The memorandum also covers HiChina plans to deploy SWsoft's hosting automation software - Plesk, Virtuozzo, HSPcomplete and PEM - to further enhance HiChina's product innovation and operational efficiency.
The MOU signing ceremony took place at China's WEBCC Hoster Conference Beijing 2005, and included participants Tim Schumacher, CEO of EDO GmbH's, and Soeren von Varchmin, managing director of European and Asian operations for SWsoft. Stan Zhang, CEO and president of HiChina and TK Tan, CEO of WEBCC, signed the memorandum in Beijing on Wednesday.
"China's online population has grown rapidly in recent years, this strategic partnership with WEBCC enable us to create a vigorous environment and growth in the Internet industry," says Zhang. "WEBCC empower HiChina with its technology and dedicated support to propel forward in providing variety of value-added services to the end customers globally."
