📅 - BrowserCRM announced on Friday it had released BrowserCRM Professional (browsercrm.com) version 4.0 for Linux, Windows and Macintosh. The new product includes a new improved user interface and extensive customization options. "We can also rapidly build custom modules for customers and developers can also build any generic Web application using the BrowserCRM framework and WebMAT," says Grant Wattie, president of BrowserCRM. The new Web Modular Application Toolkit is a set of objects and example implementations with data dictionaries, as well as module templates that enable users to quickly build custom functions that can be integrated with the core CRM. The WebMAT objects can be easily integrated into the core system including search, log, events, alerts, admin, reports, company and user preferences, the language engine and form data validation. BrowserCRM will also release a new cashbook and invoicing module within the next three months. BrowserCRM enables the user to have complete control of their data and backups and can be deployed to any Web host or personal in-house server.
