Telseon provides Exodus with metropolitan area network service
As a result of the agreement, Exodus will offer Telseon's instantly scalableGigabit Ethernet service to its customers requiring last-mile connectivityto customer data centers and carrier hotels. The service will enable Exoduscustomers to architect cost effective local access solutions in metropolitanareas to new business partners via the Web. For example, a company operatingin an Exodus IDC in Santa Clara can establish an Ethernet connection to itsoffice location, remote data center and to other business partners withinthe Bay Area. Exodus customers requiring a flexible solution for theiraccess infrastructure will benefit from the number of markets that Telseonserves and its unique coverage area within those markets.

Under the agreement, Exodus will resell Telseon's IP Services to customerswithin many of its U.S.-based IDCs, and expand its offering to addressselected Exodus services, such as tape backup and restore services andnetwork attached storage (NAS) services for those companies not currentlyhosted with Exodus. Telseon gains the opportunity to provide the datanetwork to link Exodus IDCs with remote office locations and customer datacenters in key metropolitan markets and service businesses that requireconnectivity across locations.
