May 9, 2005 : Workscape Moves to New Data Center

📅 May 9, 2005 - Outsourced human resource solutions provider Workscape (workscape.com) announced on Monday it has relocated to a new data center facility at 123 Felton Street in Marlborough, Massachusetts. Workscape merged its Framingham, Massachusetts headquarters and its Natick, Massachusetts research and development center into one facility, which Workscape solely occupies.

"This is a momentous occasion for Workscape as it enables our entire Massachusetts workforce to reside in the same building with room to grow, and affords us a modern facility with progressive amenities that are better suited for our business, employees, and day-to-day activities," says Tim Clifford, Workscape's president and CEO. "This move is a reflection of the successful company that Workscape has become, and will meet our needs now and in the future."

The recently renovated center includes a hi-tech amphitheater, a data center for its professional services and product development teams, a fiber optic based data-communications infrastructure, a full service cafeteria and signage that can be viewed from Interstate 495.

The company's office in Boise, Idaho will remain in its existing location. The Boise facility provides Workscape with HR service center support.

Go Daddy (godaddy.com ), which entered the hosting market in July of 2003, grew at a rate of 76.7 percent, adding a total of 294,368 active sites to their hosting portfolios since January.
